Задачи

• Owning monetization and economy-related features from concept to post-launch optimization
• Creating monetization mechanics that are deeply integrated into the game’s meta, economy and player goals
• Working closely with product managers, analysts, developers, artists and producers to turn concepts into clear, implementable features
• Balancing feature design with player experience, business impact, long-term retention and overall product health
• Analyzing the performance of implemented solutions and driving further improvements based on data and player behavior
• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation throughout the entire feature lifecycle
