• CentroBill is an information technology company established in 2012. We empower global merchants to accept payments through debit cards, credit cards, and alternative payment methods. Our project offers a seamless integration with a variety of Credit Card Acquirers, Payment Service Providers, and Alternative Payment Methods through a unified API. We primarily serve the European, North American, and LATAM markets. We are looking for an energetic and driven Payment Operations Specialist (remote) eager to grow their skills and apply them in a dynamic environment. Задачи

• Monitoring approval ratios (AR) daily across various geographies, payment methods, and business models
• Optimizing payment cascades and payment routing
• Conducting data analysis, uncover insights, and deliver findings for data-driven decision-making
• Investigating and preventing fraud, detecting anomalies
• Setting up and managing merchant accounts
• Collaborating with Development, Sales, and Merchant Support departments to ensure smooth payment operations
• Being updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal performance
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Требования

• Previous experience in payment-related industries and familiarity with diverse payment methods and regulations is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics, business, finance, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results and make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with merchants
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
• Adaptable to changing priorities and challenges in a dynamic environment
• English proficiency at least a strong intermediate level
• Ukrainian language knowledge
• Will be a "+"
• Work experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python/R, and Tableau/QuickSight
