Задачи

• Design ad creatives (static, animated, and video) for paid channels: Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn and other
• Work with the PPC team and Creative Strategists to align creative with campaign goals and live performance data
• Analyze creative-level metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to decide what to test next
• Run your own hypothesis → variant → test → learn cycles
• Build reusable master files so iteration stays fast and clean
• Track competitor ads and emerging formats
• Contribute to a shared creative learning library - what works, what doesn't, and why

Требования

• Strong static and motion ad design skills across multiple formats and sizes
• Confident with a modern design + motion toolset (Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator + After Effects or equivalent)
• Solid typography and visual hierarchy, even in tight ad formats
• Comfortable reading paid media metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and turning them into creative decisions
• Can produce a high volume of quality variants without the quality dropping
• Owns projects end to end - from brief to final export, on time, no silent stalling
• Good understanding of AI tools for workflow and output optimization
