• Join a fast-growing, European-founded AI SaaS company building the future of automated business communication for SMEs. As Performance Marketer – Google Ads, you will own and lead paid acquisition efforts on Google Ads, scaling campaigns across multiple international markets and driving measurable, accountable growth. You'll work within a performance marketing team that prizes rigorous testing, data-driven iteration, and close cross-functional collaboration.
• The company is at an exciting inflection point — currently managing ~€150k/month in Google Ads spend with a clear trajectory toward €1M/month — and this role is central to getting there.

Задачи

• Build, structure, and continuously optimise Google Ads campaigns across international markets
• Manage large paid budgets with full accountability and a performance-first mindset
• Own end-to-end tracking and conversion setup, including Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and offline conversion uploads
• Design and run systematic tests of new campaign structures and landing pages
• Extract learnings from experiments, iterate quickly, and deliver measurable impact
• Scale campaigns internationally while adapting strategies to different market dynamics
• Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team and Go-to-Market managers

Требования

• Proven track record managing Google Ads budgets of €150k+/month (with appetite to scale toward €1M/month)
• Hands-on experience owning tracking and attribution setup using Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads
• Demonstrated experience running international Google Ads campaigns and adapting to market differences
• Ability to build, structure, and continuously optimise campaigns at scale
• Strong analytical, structured, and performance-driven mindset with a bias for testing and iteration
• Experience extracting insights from performance data and delivering measurable impact through iterative optimisation
• Excellent English proficiency (company working language)

Условия

• Salary range: €65,000 – €100,000 annually, depending on experience
• Work alongside a driven, international team at a well-funded, high-growth startup

• This is an on-site role based in Vienna, Austria. Candidates must be able to work from the Vienna office
