О компании и продукте

• Become a key contributor within our engineering enablement team , taking on a central role in building internal products for the organisation including:
• An Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to empower software teams.
• A central pipeline to enable the SLDC.
• An observability platform to give high value telemetry.

Требования

• Experience in software engineering, with hands-on exposure to building and supporting production-grade systems
• Understanding of Kubernetes and cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• comfortable deploying and operating scalable, resilient workloads
• Expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) and a natural inclination toward automation
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Python, Go, Bash, etc.)
• Comprehensive grasp of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security best practices
• Collaborative and communicative — adept at mentoring teammates, advocating for modern engineering practices, and thriving in cross-functional squads
• Motivated by the opportunity to build internal platforms that abstract complexity and enhance developer productivity at scale
