• Strategic & Leadership
• Lead architecture visioning and cross-cutting strategic initiatives across a portfolio of enterprise clients
• Drive practice growth by establishing frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets for solution delivery and consulting engagements
• Build and mentor architecture and engineering teams, ensuring capability uplift and technical excellence across accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor to client C-level executives and technology leaders, helping shape digital strategy and technology roadmaps
• Govern architecture implementation across the portfolio to ensure alignment with best practices, maintainability, and long-term value
• Delivery & Consulting
• Lead or guide discovery phases, assessments, technical workshops, and architecture audits
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, sustainable architectural solutions
• Own solution proposals during pre-sales and upsales, including technical vision, high-level design, risk management, and cost estimation
• Lead project execution, ensuring architecture is delivered according to vision
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, aligning client needs with forward-thinking architectural approaches
• Act as a Chief Architect and lead a team with subordinate architects on the complex accounts
• As a Principal Solutions Architect , you will play a key leadership role in shaping technology direction, guiding cross-functional initiatives, and enabling high-impact delivery
• You’ll be responsible for leading complex solution engagements, from discovery and advisory to implementation, while mentoring architecture talent, strengthening practices, and contributing to company-wide strategic growth

Требования

• 10+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and solution architecture
• 3+ years in an architecture leadership or principal-level role within the IT service / IT consulting environment
• Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact consultancy engagements with global enterprise clients
• Demonstrated experience building solutions from scratch, preferably for large-scale distributed systems (team size 30+, duration 12+ months)
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, with hands-on experience in at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong background in microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed system design
• Track record of coaching, mentoring, and team enablement within a matrixed or consulting environment
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills—equally comfortable with engineers and executives
• Fluent in modern delivery practices: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, etc
• English - Upper-Intermediate or Advanced
• Desirable Certifications
• SEI Software Architecture Professional
• TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
• Domain-specific expertise in areas such as data platforms, security, or enterprise integration is a plus
