• We are seeking a Product Designer to create engaging, scalable, and user-focused experiences across our CRM and player engagement platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements while helping evolve our product experience and design system.
• Design and deliver high-fidelity prototypes for new features across our CRM and player engagement platform, meeting user and product requirements.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across a complex back-office product.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to align design solutions with technical and business goals.

Требования

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers
• A portfolio showcasing impactful product designs and prototypes — ideally including data-rich or back-office applications
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value
• Broad understanding of UX beyond just UI design
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and techniques
• Experience with regular user testing and feedback integration

• Prior experience designing for iGaming, fintech, or similarly data-intensive B2B products
