• We're looking for a Product Designer to join N26's UX team in our Grow and Engage domain . There are a couple of areas within the domain where we're adding design strength, and we'll match you to the right one based on your background and what you're drawn to .
• In this role, you'll work in the Grow & Engage domain—the heart of the cu stomer experience ranging from the acquisition and signup to our premium membership tiers and the daily engagement of our users . You will work in teams delivering the newest and most innovative features serving our custome rs in the best way possible . You'll design end-to-end on important features and flows that millions of customers use every day . You'll report to our Head of UX, and work in a tight cross-functional team of product, engineering, research, and data partners . We'll back you to grow your craft on work that matters—to customers, to the business, and to your own development as a designer .

Задачи

• Design end-to-end on important features within your segment, from problem framing through research, exploration, and shipped work
• Bring a high bar for craft —UI and interaction design that delights customers and converts
• Frame design problems sharply : define user needs, success criteria, constraints, and tradeoffs before jumping into solutions
• Develop user flows and interactions that hold up across the connected parts of the product, anticipating how your work affects adjacent areas
• Contribute to our design system —using and improving the patterns the team relies on
• Be data-informed : plan and run research that blends qualitative and quantitative methods, and proactively seek out the data you need when it isn't on the table
• Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and data to ship work that actually lands—and to take it further once it's live
• Use AI tools fluently as part of your design practice—for exploration, prototyping, synthesis, and to accelerate the parts of the work that benefit from acceleration

Требования

• You're a good fit if you have
• A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work on consumer products—ideally mobile
• Experience taking complex feature work from problem to ship, owning the design throughout
• Experience working with a design system—using it, contributing to it, and knowing when to push back on it
• Experience grounding decisions in research and data—and a willingness to seek them out when they're not available
• Strong written and verbal communication—you can explain your decisions to product, engineering, and leadership
• Pride in quality : You sweat the details—interaction, visual, copy, edge cases—and you treat your craft as something you're actively growing
• Systems thinking : You see the connections between parts of a product, and you design with the wider experience in mind
• Problem-first mindset : You're rigorous about understanding the real problem, the real user, and the real constraints before committing to a direction
• Bias for action : You move fast, prototype to learn, and resist the pull of polishing in isolation
• AI-curious : You're active in using AI tools to extend what you can do and reshape your design practice
• Generous collaborator : You give and receive feedback well, and you're invested in making the work better—not just yours
