Задачи

• Define and deliver a compelling roadmap to ensure customers have the structure they need to power their end to end workflows
• Synthesize input from customers, user research, data science, and business partners, ensuring we are continuously investing in the highest leverage work intake solutions
• Drive MVP offerings to product market fit with rigorous prioritization and seamless execution
• Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to co-create a cohesive end to end journey and execute on the roadmap with velocity
• Collaborate across the R&D organization to support other R&D teams in achieving their goals

Требования

• 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Customer-centric: Spend time directly with customers to understand their nuanced challenge and synthesize research to identify and solve problems
• Communication and collaboration: Communicate clearly and concisely, creating signal through the noise
• Collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams, providing the product perspective and bringing clarity to complex concepts
• You pair effectively with design, engineering, and our business teams
• Systems thinker: Think systemically, creating solutions that simplify complex use cases for customers
• Get Stuff Done: Execute projects with high velocity, breaking them down into MVPs and iterative stages for impactful delivery
• Grow Team Asana: Foster team morale and share best practices in product management

• For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 23,660 - 25,600 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions)
• The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process
• The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified
• In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits
