• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in IT or B2B SaaS
• Hands‑on experience owning a product through continuous evolution
• Experience working with data‑intensive or analytics‑driven products
• Strong backlog ownership and prioritization skills
• Experience with user story and acceptance criteria writing
• Ability to correctly define business and customer needs
• Experience with product documentation
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Agile product development practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to listen, negotiate, and manage expectations
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset
• High ownership, responsibility, and result orientation
• Advanced English (B2+), written and spoken
• Comfortable communicating with engineering teams in technical language

• Understanding of data pipelines and data processing
• Understanding of BI and reporting solutions, APIs and third‑party integrations
• Technical background or understanding of databases and data structures

• 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old
