Задачи

• You will apply your knowledge of Product Management and Agile methodologies to define product strategy, maximize business value and deliver high quality solutions
• Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months
• And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI
• You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals

• As a senior profile, you will have the space to continue growing, whether by deepening your technical skills or having greater influence on project decisions, with autonomy and the opportunity to share knowledge with other experts

• You will be responsible for leading the product vision, roadmap and backlog while working closely with engineering, UX, architecture and business teams
• You will prioritize features, coordinate stakeholders, facilitate product refinement sessions and ensure each delivery provides maximum value for users and the business

Требования

• More than 3 years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager managing complex digital products
• Strong experience defining product roadmaps, backlog prioritization and Agile delivery using SAFe
• Experience working with cross functional teams including engineering, UX and business stakeholders
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro and product management tools in global organizations
• Advanced English level and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
