Задачи

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Treasury and Collateral product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Facilitate working groups, driving collaboration between business, technology, and control functions
• Integrate IT solutions with existing Treasury and Collateral systems, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption
• Prepare high-quality papers and presentations for senior management, distilling complex topics into actionable insights
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, adapting style and content as required
• Ensure robust NFR and control frameworks are embedded throughout project lifecycle
• Monitor and report on project status, escalating issues and proposing solutions as necessary
• Required Skills & Experience
• Strong track record of IT integration within financial services
• Advanced project management skills, including planning, tracking, and delivery
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and practical application in project environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• able to write papers and deliver presentations to senior audiences
• Experience running cross-functional working groups
• Highly effective communicator, able to influence and engage at all levels

Требования

• Proven experience in Treasury, Liquidity Risk, and Collateral Loans/Securities products
• Knowledge of NFR and controls, with ability to implement and monitor risk frameworks
