• Lead the projects that turn advanced hardware designs into products ready for manufacturing.
• As a Project Manager, you will drive hardware manufacturing projects from planning through production release. You will help teams deliver complex programmes with clarity and confidence.
• Your work will keep engineering, operations and manufacturing partners aligned. You will manage priorities, track progress and remove delivery risks before they become blockers.
• You will work across hardware, software, systems and operations teams. If you enjoy solving complex delivery challenges and making technical programmes successful, this role offers real impact.

Требования

• Essential
• Degree level education or equivalent relevant industry experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a technical project management role within multi-functional teams
• Strong project management skills with ability to draw on experience of different methodologies (eg waterfall, scrum, agile etc) to identify the most appropriate method for the project
• Working knowledge of project/programme management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project etc
• Experience working in global environments with international partners
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage dependencies and competing priorities
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and effective in fast-moving environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences

• Knowledge and experience of PCBA manufacturing and test processes
• Experience in working with leading edge suppliers in PCBA and system level manufacturing supply chain
