Задачи

• Manage, monitor, and forecast project execution
• Team coordination across engineering, product, and other stakeholders
• Project risk and impediment management — surface blockers early, drive resolution
• End-to-end delivery — planning, tracking, reporting, retrospectives
• Conduct and manage Sprint Demo meetings
• AI adoption initiatives within the team — from scoping to tracking outcomes

Требования

• Experience
• 2+ years in IT project management
• We are looking for a PM who has driven end-to-end project delivery, coordinated cross-functional teams, navigated risks and impediments, across the full SDLC
• Strong grasp of Project Management practices (Agile, Scrum, and Kanban)
• Experience with estimation, forecasting, capacity planning, and delivery tracking
• Risk and dependency tracking
• Strong Jira — backlog management, reporting, dashboards
• AI-native mindset — daily user of LLM assistants
• Proactive and ownership-driven — you make decisions and take responsibility for outcomes
• Growth-oriented and motivated to evolve into delivery leadership role
• Organized and structured — you bring clarity to messy situations
• Adaptable and resilient when priorities shift
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Persistent in driving blockers through to resolution
• Collaborative and easy to work with
