• In Bogotá – Colombia, we are seeking a Project Manager with 5 years of experience in roles within advertising, marketing, and/or audiovisual production agencies. Your mission will be to support the planning, coordination, and supervision of project execution in Production, considering the budget and established timeline, as well as creating project objectives and scope in collaboration with the client and internal teams of the Production company.

Задачи

• Develop a detailed project plan that includes resource allocation, activity schedule, and project stages
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams involved in the project to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines
• Manage project risks proactively, identifying and resolving potential issues during project execution
• Track project progress, ensuring that agreed objectives, deliverables, and budgets are met, and manage any deviations from the original plan
• Ensure meetings, task delegation, budget management, delivery and tracking of performance indicators, and reporting for optimal project execution
• Conduct meetings with clients and provide status reports, integrating client feedback into the project workflow
• Evaluate projects upon completion to identify improvements
• Receive briefs for monitoring and managing their execution
• Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels

Требования

• Leadership skills, customer service, analysis, negotiation, planning, monitoring, experience with major advertisers, and proficiency in project management tools
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and CORE related to their performance area
• Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall, among others
• English proficiency (C1)
