Задачи

• Coordinate the execution of business growth initiatives across multiple teams
• Maintain visibility over ongoing initiatives by tracking progress, priorities, blockers, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate execution between campaign managers, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders
• Ensure business initiatives are executed efficiently, whether they involve engineering, campaign operations, analytics, or cross-functional collaboration
• Identify execution risks, resolve dependencies, and proactively escalate blockers when needed
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure agreed actions are completed and nothing falls through the cracks
• Organize and facilitate planning sessions, follow-ups, and execution reviews
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and execution across teams
• Continuously improve execution processes and team efficiency
• Your Experience
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Structured thinking and excellent attention to detail
• Experience working with Jira or similar task management systems
• Good written English for working with documentation and internal communication

• We’re looking for a Project Manager to drive the execution of business growth initiatives across the product
• This role is focused on execution, coordination, and delivery
• You will work closely with campaign managers, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure initiatives move forward, blockers are resolved quickly, and priorities remain aligned
• You’ll become a central point of coordination, helping transform business ideas into completed initiatives

Требования

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Delivery Coordination, or similar roles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate work across business and technical teams

Будет плюсом

• Experience working with software development teams
• Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or traffic monetization
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and software development processes
