Требования

• echnical background with 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development, QA, test automation, or business analysis
• Managerial experience with ownership of delivery and team outcomes for 1+ years
• Proven accountability and ownership in delivering outcomes and resolving complex issues
• Strong system thinking, including understanding cross-functional dependencies and delivery impacts
• Strong data-driven mindset, using metrics and measurable outcomes to guide decisions and improvements
• Understanding Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management practices
• Experience in working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above
• Desired skills Experience with Fixed Fee, experience running the project from pre-sale to production rollout
• Experience running pre-sales
