Задачи

• Lead Salesforce projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, and testers
• Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce solutions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide training and support to end-users and ensure adoption
• Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and best practices
• Proven experience managing Salesforce projects and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, workflows, and integrations
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Experience working in agile environments is a plus

• This position is based in Portugal

• Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred
