• xperience in project and process management for 3+ years
• Completed studies in computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification
• Organizational talent and a broad understanding of service and service pro-processes
• User knowledge of relational database systems and SQL
• Openness to high IT compliance requirements
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
• Level of German – from Advanced and above
