Задачи

• Lead end-to-end delivery of TPRM projects, ensuring timely execution within scope, budget, and quality standards
• Manage business and technology change initiatives, ensuring seamless transition to BAU and successful adoption by internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and vendor teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions, define design options, and support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Create and manage user stories, maintain product backlogs, and work closely with Agile teams during sprint planning and execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and governance activities
• Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive-level updates throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the implementation of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks, governance, and vendor risk initiatives
• Contribute to payments transformation initiatives involving Domestic and International Payments
• Work with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence for project planning, requirement management, and documentation
• Collaborate with technical teams on API-related initiatives
• experience in API analysis is an added advantage
• Mandatory Skills
• Strong experience in Project Management with end-to-end project delivery
• Experience in Banking & Financial Services, preferably across Retail and/or Corporate Banking
• Experience managing business and technology change with successful BAU transition
• Strong knowledge of Payments (Domestic and/or International)
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and defining solution options
• Hands-on experience writing User Stories
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with API Analysis or API integrations
