Задачи

• You will apply your knowledge of Python , OpenShift , Docker and cloud-native technologies to build scalable services and integrate modern AI capabilities into enterprise solutions
• Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months
• And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI
• You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals

• As a senior profile, you will have the space to continue growing, whether by deepening your technical skills or having greater influence on project decisions, with autonomy and the opportunity to share knowledge with other experts

• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend services using Python while designing secure RESTful APIs and managing relational and non-relational databases
• You will deploy cloud-native applications with Docker and OpenShift, contribute to CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support the evolution of an Agentic AI platform

Требования

• At ERNI, you are never just a number. Even if you work on an external project, you will feel part of the team and always supported
• At least 4 years of experience developing backend applications with Python
• Hands-on experience with Docker, OpenShift, Helm, Jenkins and RESTful API development
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB in production environments
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization and secure API integration practices
• Experience with Agentic AI or LLM-based solutions will be considered a plus
