• QA Engineer (Full-time, Remote)
• alao.ch is a Swiss telecom startup. We make choosing mobile and internet plans in Switzerland simple, transparent, and convenient.
• We are looking for a full-time QA Engineer to join our team.

Требования

• 2+ years of experience in manual testing (Web / Mobile / Backend)
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, with the ability to create test cases and write clear bug reports
• Understanding of client-server architecture and REST APIs
• Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g. Jira) and test management tools
• Basic knowledge of browser developer tools
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Experience with test automation is required. You will play a key role in establishing and expanding automation testing across the company

• Is proactive and continuously identifies opportunities to improve the product, processes, and testing strategy—not someone who simply executes assigned tasks
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being built and refined
• Has a strong attention to detail and genuinely enjoys finding bugs before customers do
• Thinks critically, challenges assumptions, and isn't afraid to ask questions
• Enjoys collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Development teams to improve quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Important
• You must be residing outside of Russia
• You must have a personal bank account outside of Russia
