• As a DevOps Lead at IREV, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our production and developer environments while providing support and knowledge to other departments

Задачи

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure
• infrastructure solutions utilizing modern DevOps practices
• Collaborate with the team on existing projects, finalizing current
• functionality, and introducing new features to our CRM/ERP product
• Maintain and optimize production and developer environments to ensure
• stability, scalability, and efficiency
• Implement and manage application orchestration using Kubernetes
• Establish and maintain monitoring systems with Prometheus and Grafana
• along with managing log systems using Graylog
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, participating in on-call
• rotations to ensure 24/7 availability and service reliability
• Manage databases, including PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Redis
• Contribute to the enhancement of infrastructure workflows and provide
• support for PHP applications
• Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and
• mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development
• Set clear goals and expectations for team members, ensuring alignment with
• organizational objectives and priorities
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge
• sharing and teamwork among team members
• Our ideal candidate will possess
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer
• 2+ years of managerial experience
• English proficiency at a B2 level
• Scripting: Advanced in Bash and Python
