Задачи

• anaging teams within an Agile/Scrum framework
• Focusing on agile processes, process metrics, and team health and management
• Effectively mediating conflict and helping unblock team members
• Helping the team prioritize their work so that each sprint is a success and sprint goals are accomplished
• Working with Azure DevOps Boards / processes and project management tools (Jira can be substituted for Azure DevOps)
• Working with teams developing enterprise software with geographically dispersed members

Требования

• xperience managing teams in an Agile or Scrum framework for 3+ years
• Strong focus on Agile processes, process metrics, and team health and management
• Proven ability to mediate conflicts and foster collaboration within Agile teams
• Experience identifying, escalating, and removing blockers to ensure smooth delivery
• Ability to guide teams in backlog prioritization and sprint planning to maximize delivery outcomes
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
• Desired skills Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards, processes, and project management tools (Jira can be substituted for Azure DevOps)
• Experience with teams developing enterprise software with geographically dispersed team members
• Scrum Alliance (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or project management certifications
