Задачи

• You will apply your knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, stakeholder management and continuous improvement to help teams deliver high-value data solutions while promoting Agile maturity and collaboration
• Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months
• And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI
• You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals

• Each person has an individual development plan, mentoring, and access to internal technical communities
• We aim for you to learn, experiment, and evolve within an environment where teamwork and support from more senior colleagues are key

• You will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies and fostering self-organization within a newly created Data Engineering team
• Supporting stakeholder communication, initiative tracking and team health while driving continuous improvement
• Promoting Agile best practices, coordinating across multiple projects and acting as a change agent to support the organization's Agile transformation journey

Требования

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master within IT development environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement initiatives
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar Agile delivery tools
• Fluent English and Spanish and ability to collaborate with geographically distributed teams
