Задачи

• Search for new potential CPA partners
• Provide day-to-day support to existing affiliates
• Analyze affiliate performance and identify opportunities for optimization
• Suggest and implement improvements to grow the affiliate network and overall performance
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CPA partners
• Work closely with marketing, business development, backoffice, and other internal teams to support affiliate campaigns and initiatives
• Monitor key metrics including traffic quality, quantity of conversions, and fraud rates
• Provide regular reports on affiliate performance and network growth

• As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for searching and onboarding new affiliates, as well as managing ongoing partnerships
• You will look for new potential CPA partners, check their eligibility for the program, negotiate conditions, and assist new affiliates with setup

Требования

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced knowledge of affiliate traffic sources and channels
• Technical knowledge of how tracking and attribution work
• Understanding of CPA, CPL, and other common payment models
• Good understanding of the Forex product
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Previous experience with CellXpert, Salesforce, or other sales/affiliate CRM systems
• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple partners in parallel and work independently
• Previous experience in affiliate programs of Forex, binary options, crypto, or prop trading advertisers
• Languages: fluent in English (required). Russian, Spanish, Arabic, or any additional language will be considered a strong advantage

• Recruiter screen with HR (~30 minutes)
• Technical Interview with the Line Manager (1 hour)
• Short Test Task
