• We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable working with business stakeholders to understand product needs and collaborating with engineering teams to design scalable technical solutions

Задачи

• Own business and system analysis activities throughout the full feature lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
• Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints
• Work across both client-facing products and internal administration tools, delivering analysis for a wide range of platform initiatives
• Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, UML, BPMN, and Sequence Diagrams
• Partner closely with the Platform Product Manager, providing analysis bandwidth and acting as backup across platform product work
• Collaborate effectively across Product, Design, Development, and QA teams throughout the task lifecycle

• As a Senior Business Analyst , you will join the team responsible for the core trading platform powering FxPro's CFD and Invest products
• You will work across both client-facing applications and internal administration tools, helping shape the platform capabilities that support trading operations, pricing, and platform configuration
• This role combines Business Analysis and System Analysis
• You will collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, Platform Administration, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams to define requirements, analyse platform behaviour, identify system dependencies, and support solution delivery from discovery through production
• This position puts you at the centre of FxPro's trading platform evolution, directly shaping how business needs translate into scalable technical solutions across interconnected systems

Требования

• 4+ years of experience as a Business and System Analyst
• Comfortable working with backend and platform systems and admin tooling
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong time management skills with the ability to plan workloads and meet deadlines
• Quick to onboard into new domains and adapt to changing environments
• Proficiency in creating visual representations of requirements: Unified Modeling Language (UML), Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
• Experienced in writing and refining User Stories, Use Cases, and Sequence Diagrams
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Success in this role requires hands-on experience analysing backend systems, understanding complex system interactions, and designing integrations across distributed services

• Background in fintech, with an emphasis on CFD trading
• Familiarity with various API types and their specifics
