Задачи

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate high-level business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
• Drive requirements from discovery through implementation and product release
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful delivery
• Model business processes using BPMN and UML
• Create and maintain high-quality project documentation in Confluence
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
• Participate in REST API design and integration discussions
• Define and document both functional and non-functional requirements, including scalability, security, and performance

Требования

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
• Proven experience delivering complex web and mobile products
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Experience managing requirements throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on experience with BPMN and UML
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, Backend, Frontend, QA, and DevOps
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with Confluence and Jira
• Understanding of non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, and performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge of API integrations and OpenAPI/Swagger
• Experience with event-driven architecture or messaging systems
• Familiarity with cloud-native applications and distributed systems
