Требования

• This role suits you if you're fluent in Java, SQL, and English with 6+ years' enterprise software development experience (10+ for Expert role) as a software developer in large scale enterprises
• This is the right role for you if you are fluent in Java, SQL, and English
• and have at least 6 years’ experience (10 years for Expert role) as a software developer in large scale enterprises
• You have broad technical curiosity and willingness to learn the trading and safekeeping business domain
• You do not need to start as a securities domain expert, but you should want to understand why the system exists, how trade lifecycle processes work, and how technology decisions affect operational risk, resilience and business outcomes
• While you are primarily a Java developer skilled in backend development to deliver complex enterprise solutions, you also enjoy contributing in analysis, integration design, testing, DevOps, troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder dialogue
• You will step into IT analyst responsibilities when needed to understand business processes, ask structured questions, document flows and dependencies, and help turn trading-domain requirements into implementable solutions
• You take ownership of problems, also when the answer is not obvious, and you are comfortable asking questions until the business and technical context is clear
• Java, preferably from large-scale enterprise systems
• Spring Boot and Spring Integration
• SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle
• Kafka, IBM MQ, REST API
• Build and delivery tooling such as Maven, Git and CI/CD pipelines, preferably Bamboo
• Testing practices using tools such as JUnit and Testcontainers
• Ability to work with business requirements, system documentation, logs, data flows and production issues
• It would be ideal if you also
• Experience from banking, trading, custody, settlement, corporate actions or another highly regulated domain
• Experience with cloud-ready application design
• Experience mentoring other developers or acting as a technical lead, code reviewer or design sparring partner
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools, test automation, static code analysis and other productivity-enhancing engineering practices
