Задачи

• Design, develop, and maintain software using modern languages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various programming languages and technologies
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and provide technical support when required
• Mentor and guide other engineers, promoting best practices in software development
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and maintainable systems
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into our products where applicable
• Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of the company
• Who Are We?

Требования

• 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup environment
• Proficient in Typescript, and/or Python, Java, Go, C#, or PHP
• Strong technical skills and experience working with developer tools and APIs
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including TypeScript
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Experience working in a distributed organization, and ability to collaborate with teams in different time zones and cultures

• We are in office 5 days a week for all roles based out of our hubs in San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Austin, New York City, Tokyo and London
• For roles based in Bangalore, employees currently work in the office three days a week and will transition to five days per week by the end of the year
• We were thoughtful in our approach which is based on collaboration and grounded in feedback from our workforce, leadership team, and peers
• The benefits of our in office model will be shared knowledge, brainstorming sessions, communication, and building trust in-person that cannot be replicated via zoom

• The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $190,000 to $212,500 plus a competitive equity package
