Требования

• 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering
• Solid experience with Go on the backend (2+ years)
• Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of core building blocks of web applications: databases, load balancers, application servers, message brokers, caching, monitoring, etc
• Experience working with distributed systems
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices

• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience building B2B systems
• Experience in related fields (DevOps, ML, DBA, Enterprise applications, etc.)
• Experience with third-party REST APIs at scale (request throttling, batch processing, etc.)
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
• Readiness to work with teams distributed across multiple timezones
• Strong spoken and written English
• Curiosity and openness toward new technologies
• willingness to experiment
• Ownership mindset — comfortable taking features from design through to production and maintenance
