• Supply Chain Business Analyst : The Supply Chain Business Analyst brings deep functional expertise across core supply chain domains—planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics—combined with strong analytical and systems knowledge
• This role focuses on translating complex supply chain operations into scalable processes, clear requirements, and data-driven solutions that improve service levels, reduce costs, and enable end-to-end visibility
• Analyze and document end‑to‑end supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, and order fulfillment, to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Partner with planners, buyers, warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics teams to translate operational needs into functional requirements for ERP and supply chain applications
• Support configuration and optimization of supply chain systems (e.g., MRP/MPS, safety stock, ATP/CTP, lead times, lot sizing) to improve service levels, inventory turns, and planning accuracy
• Develop and validate business rules, data models, KPIs, and reports related to forecast accuracy, inventory health, supplier performance, and order execution
• Lead process design workshops, UAT, and change management activities, ensuring solutions align with standard supply chain best practices and enable scalable, repeatable operations
• Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products
• Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades
• Conducting market research to do a comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide recommendations for developing a more effective product/service
• Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications
• Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams
• Supporting senior analysts by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance
• Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity

• MBA in supply chain management or related area
• Additional Information
• Work Timings: 01:00 Noon -10:00PM IST
• This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office
