• We are looking for a proactive and skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end implementation life cycle, maintenance, building custom applications and data solutions. Задачи

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain custom business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps)
• Create insightful data models and dashboards using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle of solutions with a high degree of autonomy
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutions
• Extend Power Platform capabilities using "pro-code" solutions (C# / .NET) to meet complex business requirements
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence into business processes using AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot
• Integrate CI/CD best practices into the development workflow using Azure DevOps

Требования

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in technical development or consulting roles in Power Platform environments
• Power Apps: Strong proficiency in building custom apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven) and a deep understanding of the Power Platform environment
• CI/CD & DevOps: Practical awareness or experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically within an Azure DevOps environment
• Language: English B2 Level or higher (Mandatory) – ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a multicultural context
• Nice-to-Have (Highly Valued)
• AI & Copilot: Experience with AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio to create intelligent workflows and generative AI solutions
• Pro-Code Experience: Familiarity with C# and .NET for developing Dataverse plugins, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls, and custom connectors
• Familiarity with SharePoint architecture and integration
• Experience using Azure DevOps for agile project management and version control
