Задачи

• Analyze large and complex datasets to understand the behavior of millions of players and answer strategic product questions
• Partner closely with Product, Game Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to drive data-informed decisions
• Design, analyze, and communicate A/B tests to evaluate new features and optimize player experiences
• Develop frameworks, dashboards, and analytical tools that empower teams to make better product decisions
• Generate actionable insights that improve player engagement, retention, monetization, and overall game performance
• Define and validate event tracking to ensure high-quality product analytics
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership

Требования

• Significant experience working as a Product Analyst , ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or other consumer digital products
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets
• Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), product analytics, and statistical analysis
• Intellectual curiosity with a passion for solving complex business problems through data
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can translate complex analyses into clear recommendations
• Python or R experience is a plus
• Fluent English, written and spoken
