• We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the product team of a fast‑growing tech company leading its category in Southern Europe . With millions of active users and a strong product‑led culture, the company is entering an exciting new phase of international expansion and product scaling.
• In this role, you will shape the end‑to‑end discovery and browsing experience within a large‑scale marketplace, driving impact through intuitive, engaging, and scalable design solutions. You’ll work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to elevate the user experience and contribute to the evolution of a platform used daily by millions.

Задачи

• Partner with Product, Research, Data, Engineering, and Operations to define and prioritize design initiatives that align with business goals
• Contribute to product roadmaps and bring strategic design perspective to decision-making
• Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design solutions
• Lead medium-to-complex design projects across their full lifecycle—from early discovery and concept definition to polished UI delivery and specifications
• Design experiences that enhance exploration, personalization, and product discovery across platforms
• Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively to cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop scalable design frameworks, patterns, and systems that ensure consistency throughout the product ecosystem
• Mentor teammates and contribute to elevating design practices across the organization
• Advocate for user-centered thinking and contribute to the evolution of UX standards and processes

Требования

• Strong background designing mobile-first digital products—preferably in marketplaces, ecommerce, or similarly complex environments
• Ability to connect user needs with business objectives and solve complex problems with clarity and intention
• Experience or interest in designing discovery, recommendation, and exploration experiences
• Comfortable aligning diverse stakeholders and facilitating collaboration
• Experience building scalable systems, frameworks, or modular design solutions
• Data-informed mindset, leveraging research and analytics to validate decisions
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• High level of written and spoken English and Spanish
• A collaborative, proactive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful experiences
