• We are looking for an experienced Product Designer, who will lead the design process from discovery to delivery in our Pulse Cluster.

Задачи

• Design Creation: Create clear, straightforward solutions for complex product and interface challenges
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Manager, Design Lead and development team to create an amazing user experience
• Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine and improve design work
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation
• File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived

Требования

• Experience : 5+ years of experience in UX and product design across web and mobile platforms
• Technical Skills : Expert in Figma, with a solid understanding of design systems and UIKit principles
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data to enhance design
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present and explain project solutions to the team
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team
• Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Will be a plus
• Experience in finance or trading domain
• Familiarity with TradingView as a product
• The ability to understand technical implications in their design decisions
• General understanding of product metrics
