Задачи

• Act as the design owner for data visualization at Nebius Platform and Nebius Grafana, establishing best practices and ensuring consistency across all observability experiences
• Work closely with Observabily Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Design clear, scalable interfaces for complex cloud and AI infrastructure products
• Translate business goals, technical constraints, and user needs into coherent user flows and interaction models
• Clearly present design solutions and rationale to cross-functional teams
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the product
• Contribute to the design of other Compute services in Nebius Console when needed

Требования

• Several years of experience designing data visualizations and dashboards for observability, monitoring, analytics, or similar products
• Deep understanding of data visualization and information visualization principles, including visual hierarchy and selecting appropriate visualization techniques for different use cases
• Strong understanding of metrics, time-series data, and how users interpret and analyze them
• Ability to define and drive best practices for dashboard design and data visualization across the platform
• Ability to balance usability, consistency, and innovation in complex systems
• Solid understanding of the product design process, including discovery, validation, and delivery
• Experience collaborating with designers in a shared product and design system environment

• Familiarity with UX research and usability testing methods
• Experience with cloud consoles, or other high-complexity web applications
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript terminology
