Требования

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, technical project management, engineering management, or a senior technical role involving the delivery of complex cross-team initiatives
• A strong technical background: you should be able to participate meaningfully in discussions about cloud networking and distributed systems, understand system boundaries and failure modes, and challenge assumptions without needing to be the primary architect
• Practical knowledge of networking fundamentals such as IPv4 and IPv6 addressing, routing, network isolation, NAT, firewalls and load balancing
• You should be comfortable learning and reasoning about the architecture of a production cloud-networking platform
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly, facilitate decisions, and produce concise, actionable documentation
• Proven experience coordinating initiatives involving multiple engineering teams with different priorities and dependencies
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify critical paths, manage risks, and adapt plans as requirements change
• A practical, outcome-oriented approach and the ability to drive progress without relying on formal authority
• It will be an added bonus if you have
• Experience building or operating public-cloud or other large-scale infrastructure
• Experience with VPCs, SDN, network virtualization, or Linux networking
• Experience leading programs focused on reliability, scalability, or operational improvement
• Experience designing lightweight planning, risk-management, or operational-readiness processes for engineering organizations
