Требования

• xperience in product-focused UX/UI design for 4+ years
• Strong understanding of product and customer experience metrics, including retention, conversion, activation, and NPS
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and rapid experimentation
• Ability to interpret analytics and validate hypotheses using data-driven insights
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience working with scalable design systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
• Desired skills Experience working on international products or within fast-growing startups
• Contributions to design processes, design systems, or product discovery activities
• Case studies demonstrating measurable impact, such as improved conversion or retention
• Experience facilitating workshops, including design sprints or ideation sessions
• Public speaking experience or active involvement in a professional community
