• Participate in requirements gathering workshops , and produce project documentation (architecture, technical specs, agile user stories)
• Implement, configure, and optimize ServiceNow modules, including workflow automation
• Support user acceptance testing , deployment, and knowledge transfer to clients
• Recommend technical solutions aligned with client needs and environments
• Ensure compliance with quality and security standards and maintain best practices
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders
• Collaborate with expert teams in a dynamic, innovative environment

• Profile Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT or related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT or customer-facing roles and at least 1 with ServiceNow
• Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices or experience in business process analysis and design
• Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript or other)
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Mandatory: at least one ServiceNow Certification
• Fluent in English and capable of engaging colleagues and clients alike
