• Join a small, fast-moving engineering team at a Y Combinator-backed AI voice platform startup building the infrastructure that powers thousands of AI-driven conversations every day. You'll work directly with customers, own projects end-to-end, and have a real say in core architecture decisions — all within a high-ownership, in-person culture in Berlin.

Задачи

• Work closely with customers to deeply understand their problems and design product experiences that solve their challenges
• Build and scale backend infrastructure capable of handling thousands of AI phone calls per day
• Craft intuitive user experiences tailored to an AI-first world
• Own high-stakes projects completely — from initial concept through production launch and post-release support
• Contribute to core product and architectural decisions alongside a small, senior team

Требования

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong PostgreSQL experience, including complex queries, performance tuning, and optimization
• Experience designing scalable backend architectures and making core architectural decisions
• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python
• Experience with scalable async processing or real-time processing systems
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end, from concept to production and beyond
• Experience building products for AI-first or communications-enabled platforms
• Strong collaboration skills — comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams
• A track record of taking a product from 0 to 1
• Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, Germany (required)

• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment

Условия

• Salary: €75,000 – €160,000 per year, depending on experience
• Visa sponsorship available
