Задачи

• Drive technical innovation to support automation and efficiency, serving both Stripe users and internal teams
• Collaborate with user-facing teams to understand operational challenges and implement robust technical solutions
• Design and implement features to power Stripe's global 24/7 support operation
• Write high-quality, well-tested code with appropriate monitoring and observability
• Build support for initiatives by sharing compelling data, and measure outcomes to demonstrate successful execution
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Partner with product and design teams to deliver excellent user experiences

Требования

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of software development experience
• Must also have 3 years of experience in each of the following
• Building production software systems with well-tested code
• Front-end and back-end software development
• Designing, building, and maintaining functional applications including web-based agent tooling platforms, case management and routing systems
• Integrating and maintaining multiple systems and processes including cloud-based infrastructure platforms, database systems, API gateways, authentication systems, and CI/CD pipelines
• Developing software solutions that support internal operations or customer workflows
• Writing software in Ruby, React, or TypeScript
• Building and maintaining high-throughput API services
• Improving system performance and operational efficiency
• 40 hrs/week

• Salary: $161,637.00 - $213,800.00/yr
• This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions / sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary
