• We are seeking a Product Owner to join a motivated agile squad within the Debit Issuing Tribe.
• The tribe is diverse, multi-language, multi-technology, and multi-site, delivering highly available services for cashless payment validation and authorization for banks across Europe.

Задачи

• Work within one of our scrum squads that are fully responsible for their applications from code to production (DevOps)
• Focus on the payment infrastructure, including issuing transaction handling
• Ensure the performance of services under high constraints (speed, high availability, robustness, quality, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with squad members and align with stakeholders (business engineers, project leads, other product owners) to deliver robust, highly available, and performant software on time and within budget
• Plan the squad’s activities, manage deadlines, project timelines, and release schedules
• Take ownership and end-to-end responsibility for the squad’s applications
• Support stakeholders by troubleshooting and resolving production issues, driving continuous system improvement
• Participate in client workshops as needed and ensure alignment with payments domain requirements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Product Increment (PI), sprint planning, backlog refinement
• Collaborate with architects, operations, testing to ensure good quality and service continuity
• Ensure that all product and project documentation is maintained, up to date, and communicated effectively, including release notes and customer manuals
• Ability to understand technical discussions involving legacy applications
• Capable of translating business requirements into clear technical requirements and working closely with developers throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Familiarity with C/COBOL is an advantage
• Ability to interpret complex technical and business documentation and identify changes requiring implementation

• Experience and knowledge in payments domain is advantageous
