Задачи

• Ready to do the most impactful work of your career?
• Lead design strategy and execution across Coinbase One membership, CB1 Card, and the broader Loyalty surface area, spanning multiple product and engineering pods
• Partner with senior Product and Engineering leads to shape roadmaps, drive alignment, and represent design in leadership forums
• Drive 0-to-1 strategic design work including membership evolution, retention mechanics, and rewards experiences
• Set and maintain a high quality bar across all Loyalty surfaces through structured review processes (design crits, DRRs, workbench sessions)
• Represent Loyalty design in exec-level reviews and cross-functional leadership syncs

Требования

• 8+ years of product design experience
• Proven track record leading design for subscription, loyalty, or membership products at scale (1M+ users)
• Experience partnering with senior product and engineering leaders to shape strategy, define roadmaps, and influence prioritization
• Demonstrated ability to set systems-level vision while simultaneously shipping high-quality work on weekly/biweekly cadences
• Familiarity with consumer fintech, payments, or credit card product design
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality

• As a Design Lead on the Financial Services & Loyalty team within the Consumer & Business group, you'll own design strategy and team leadership for the Loyalty pillar, including Coinbase One (CB1) membership, CB1 Card, and Advocacy
• You'll drive the vision, quality bar, and execution for our most impactful consumer products!
