• Miro is looking for a visionary Staff Product Designer to lead the charge for our Prototypes product. This isn’t just about refining a feature; it’s about defining the future of how millions of people bring their ideas to life.

Задачи

• Define and drive the North Star for Miro Prototyping. You’ll articulate a vision that disrupts the norms and looks where the market is going
• Be a tireless innovator in the AI space. You will explore how generative AI can collapse the gap between a rough sketch and full functioning app
• Approach the product with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ownership
• You’ll navigate ambiguity, build lean experiments, and treat the Prototyping mode as your own startup within Miro
• Leverage your deep understanding of the design tool landscape to create a best-in-class experience that rivals any competitor while maintaining Miro’s ease of use and considering our other suite of formats
• Partner with Product and Engineering to solve complex technical challenges around AI quality, discoverability, and the seamless transition between the ‘infinite canvas’ and ‘Prototypes Focus Mode’
• Set the bar for design excellence at Miro, mentoring other designers and contributing to the evolution of our design systems and internal tooling

Требования

• 10+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-focused roles
• At least 2-3 years operating at a Staff / Principal level, with proven ownership of complex initiatives
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create clear, user-focused products and strategies
• Demonstrating both the impact on user experience and business goals
• A deep understanding of AI and AI design tooling and the ability to show you’re leading the charge
• Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX design, and engineering, to deliver seamless content solutions
• Deep understanding of UX practices, information architecture, and user-centred design methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value of design and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• A proactive and flexible approach, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment and managing multiple priorities
• Experience working on design tools, editors, or creative software is a massive plus
