Требования

• 4+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or merchant-facing platform products
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong academic performance
• technical or engineering coursework a plus
• Technical fluency and the ability to engage confidently in architectural discussions around SDKs, APIs, and high-performance frontend systems
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate product strategy across technical and non-technical teams
• Analytical rigor: a sharp eye for detail, structured problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset
• Bias for action: grit, persistence, and ownership to turn complex ideas into real-world products quickly
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams

• Experience working on card acquiring and local payment methods
