Задачи

• Define and drive the strategy for customer onboarding, workspace experience, account management, and other horizontal product experiences
• Partner closely with product management, design, and other engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions that drive product-led growth
• Lead architectural decisions to ensure performance, reliability, and simplicity across core user flows
• Hands-on full-stack software development to create dynamic, user-centric experiences
• Drive best practices for engineering excellence, including design reviews, code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimizations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams developing vertical product experiences (Lakehouse Platform, SQL Warehouse, AI/BI Dashboards) and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and innovation

Требования

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong track record of technical leadership and impact
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing managers
• Expertise in Front End or Full Stack development
• Experience designing and building scalable SaaS platforms, onboarding flows, or customer growth-focused product experiences
• Expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern web application architectures
• Strong ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to align technical strategy with company growth objectives
