• The Staffing Support Analyst actively participates on supporting a wide range of operational and staffing processes for clients/agencies that ranges on different levels of complexity, always looking for efficiency, precision and the minimum level of error possible.

• Support reporting needs: OT, Billability Reports, Agency QA Allocations Report & Updates on Clarity
• System Administration accesses: JIRA & Confluence, Tableau Licenses
• Timesheet's reminders
• Org chart decks updating
• Agency agendas building and interview spaces coordination and follow up
• Data entry, organization, analysis, and maintenance of internal trackers
• Provide forecasting of potential needs
• Job code management including creation, updates, and closing
• Manage time transfers
• Company description

Требования

• MANDATORY
• 6 months - 1 year in roles related to Administrative Tasks
• English level B2+ or above
