Задачи

• You will apply your knowledge of Collibra or similar solutions, combining a software engineering mindset with functional analysis, incident management and platform administration
• You will work closely with business users and technical teams while supporting application upgrades, integrations and releases
• Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months
• And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI
• You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals

• What you will bring 🤝
• Software Engineering background with an interest in SaaS platforms and enterprise applications
• You will be responsible for managing and investigating application incidents while supporting business users and coordinating with the appropriate technical teams
• Configuring and maintaining the Collibra platform or a similar SaaS solution, including APIs, connectors and application settings across Development, QA and Production environments
• Opening and following up vendor tickets, identifying software defects, supporting upgrades and staying aligned with new software releases while implementing configuration changes to meet business requirements

Требования

• Experience with Collibra is highly desirable. Similar Data Catalog or Data Governance platforms will also be considered
• Experience in application configuration, incident management and business user support
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and application environments such as Development, QA and Production
• Familiarity with Jenkins and supporting software releases and platform upgrades
