• Ensuring system reliability, availability, backup processes, and disaster recovery readiness
• Monitoring system performance, investigating incidents, and resolving infrastructure-related issues
• Managing user access, security controls, and compliance configurations
• Maintaining documentation for environments, configurations, and operational procedures
• Collaborating with development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure stable delivery and infrastructure consistency

Требования

• xperience as a SysOps Engineer for 2+ years
• Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server administration
• Solid experience with Configuration Management tools (e.g. Ansible,Chef, Puppet)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including provisioning, monitoring, and resource optimization
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Understanding of networking basics: DNS, VPN, routing, firewalls, load balancing
• Experience working with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, or similar)
• Knowledge of scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) for automation tasks
• Experience with backup strategies, incident management, and performance tuning
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
• Desired skills Cloud certifications such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Level of German – from Pre-Intermediate and above
